Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect colour choice, or sizing preferences.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, please email or message us with your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the issue.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Colour Variations

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to different screen settings, lighting, and photography.

These minor colour differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
